TOP CONSTRUCTIONS is an entity established in the year 1992. It began its activities as a civil contractor. Until 1998, TOP had completed and handed over about 50 villa projects to the entire satisfaction of the independent owners. The focus was then shifted to major civil contracts, beginning with the construction of St. Joseph Church at Mundur, Thrissur. Subsequently, major projects such as Mother Arts & Science College, Annakara, Co-operative Public school, Padukad, Aradhana Guest House, Effermint Shopping Complex, C L Towers, etc. at Thrissur were executed.
One Mosque each at Annakara and at Pavaratty and A.H Regency at Wadakkanchery were also constructed and handed over, receiving wide appreciation from all quarters.Having gained considerable technical expertise coupled with a strong infrastructural foundation,TOP ventured into the construction of apartment buildings on its own in the year 2001. The result was Top Residency (3 Blocks) on Paliyum Road, Top Residency and Top Heaven; both at Punkunnam and Top Homes (a high rise) on Press Club Road in quick succession.

By 2004, landed properties at prominent locations at Thrissur were acquired. Residential Apartment Buildings such as Top Heritage (Phase-I) at Machingal Lane, Top Dreams, Top Cascade, Top Pearl, Top Coral, Top Ashtapati, Top Towers, Top Orchid etc. were launched by the fag end of 2006 and at the beginning of 2007. All these projects are in various stages of construction; getting ready for handing over as per schedule. A self contained well planned Villa project having 54 independent spacious units have also been recently launched at Kaipparambu, christened as “Top Gardens”. TOP FORT PALACE, a high-rise with swimming pool, health club and other modern amenities will be launched shortly; aimed at catering to the elite of society. “Top Crystal” near Kottappuram Shiva Temple and “Top Tulip” next to Sree Rama Swamy Temple at Poonkunnam are on the drawing board getting ready for launching by New Year 2008.
